We are located at 116 Reading Ave, a short block to the beach. Wake up each morning refreshed from the sea air. Take an e-z stroll to the beach to warm your toes in the sand. Eat breakfast on the sun porch and snooze in a comfy rocker. Spend the afternoon in the large sunny living room relaxing or playing games. Grill some local fish or steaks or enjoy dining in or visit many of the local restaurants. And guess what, turn in for the night in your cozy bedroom and enjoy 6 more days just like the first! This house provides a larger entertainment area on the first floor and the privacy of a separate 2nd floor for an extended family. Please note that this is a large house and the pictures are deceiving, we purchased the house spring of ’05 and completed quite an overhaul in 2017. We continue our renovations through 2018 in the off season for the improved comfort and enjoyment of our tenants. We added new doors on first floor and windows in 2017!
This is a great vacation beach house for those looking to be close to the water. This property is 1 block from the beach (there is only one house on the first block) see a peek of the ocean from the second floor deck. You can rent one or both units depending on the size of your family. Please ask for restrictions. The first floor sleeps 8 and second floor 6. We have additional air mattresses for a total of 16. The rates are better for both units together. There is a 3 season sun porch that runs the width of the house. The house is very sunny with hardwood floors, there is a very expansive floor plan with 25′ living room that is open to dining room.
